Yes. We bring everything we need, supplies and equipment both. Our maids work with products and tools they already know, which keeps the standard consistent from visit to visit. Every product we use is eco-friendly and safe for your family, your pets, and the environment, so you never have to stock a cabinet of cleaning chemicals on our account.

Your pets are integral members of your household, and we take that seriously. Cleaning days can be stressful for animals, strangers arriving, rooms being rearranged, unfamiliar sounds and smells. We genuinely love pets, but we also understand they won't always feel the same way about us. Please let us know in advance about your pets: their names, how they behave around visitors, and whether they'll need to be secured in a room or outside during the clean. And if they're treat-friendly, let us know that too. We're happy to make a friend.

No. Many of our clients leave a key or provide entry instructions and go about their day. Our teams are trained, supervised, and trusted with access to Houston homes every week.

Yes. We use eco-friendly cleaning products throughout every service. If you have specific sensitivities or preferences, let us know when you book and we'll accommodate where possible.

A deep clean covers areas that routine maintenance skips, baseboards, inside the oven and refrigerator, behind appliances, grout lines, ceiling fans, window sills, and every corner of each room. It's the most thorough single-visit clean we offer, and the one we recommend for first-time clients.

Yes. Maid U Shine serves both residential and commercial clients across Houston. Our commercial cleaning covers offices, retail spaces, and other business properties with the same supervised, quality-controlled approach as our residential work.
